These themes are being addressed via utilization of IT, such as CAD and CAE. Of course a large variety of performance testing using actual automobiles is still used to ensure that the automobiles are safe and reliable.

We are developing our own equipment that can test and evaluate various items to help achieve the performance that meets the specifications of our customers.

We are realizing improvements, such as a reduced number of prototypes and shortened development periods, through simultaneous design and CAE analysis by sharing 3D data with our customers. This allows us to be able to carry out development on commission and then deliver paper feeders for copiers and printers as a single unit. A variety of testing and evaluation is carried out to help ensure quality and improve performance.
