Environmental Policy
Futaba is primarily a manufacturing company using materials and energy to create things. As such, we encourage each individual employee to always consider the environment and to try to minimize the environmental burden of his or her actions. From the development of environmentally-friendly products, we are pressing forward in our drive to reduce the environmental burden of our corporate and manufacturing activities.
To give a concrete example, every year each factory and department evaluates how they are impacting the environment. They then create and implement a plan for how to protect the environment. All employees are then engaged in actively implementing these plans while continually working to improve them.

Training In Carrying Out Important Operations We ensure that all staffs engaged in work that could have environmental influences if not performed properly receive proper training so that they can carry out their work safely. |

Emergency Response Training Every year we carry out emergency exercises to prepare to respond to such occurrences as oil and high-pressure gas leaks. |
