Ever since its establishment in 1945, under the corporate policy of producing "quality products at lower cost", Futaba Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Futaba) has conducted business prioritizing to provide its customers with products that satisfy their needs by fully utilizing stamping and welding technology.
We are truly grateful for the support of our global stake holders, such as our customers and share holders that have allowed us to continue our operations, and to gain the trust as a supplier to this day. At the same time, however, we must recognize that the business landscape surrounding our company has changed dramatically, resulting in difficult business conditions.
Facing these realities, we have decided to reevaluate our significance of existence in this industry, in order to return to our starting point in manufacturing and start anew, based on the following two basics.

First, we are committed to follow through with our corporate policy unfailingly "quality products at lower cost". For this end, we aim to utilize unique proprietary technology and know-how accumulated, and global production network, and to perform development and production persistently making concerted efforts together, and to create products that meet customers Ereal expectation, and finally to establish an indispensable presence for the customers.
Secondly, we strive to create company that evokes employees Efeeling of pride and is appreciated by the local community along with their attachment.
Besides, we have determined to make our further efforts for product manufacturing and plant making that contributes to lasting development for the local and global environment.

We believe that the most important responsibility as manufacturer it to "create" and to "perfect" products desired by a society with our own hands that is, to contribute to society through manufacturing. In order to execute these actions steadily, revitalization of strong production shop floor and the growth of the individual employees who support production is needed.
